Demarest families are fortunate to have teachers and staff members at our schools who teach and care for our children to the utmost. To show our appreciation, the Demarest PTO not only purchases educational tools for our teachers’ classrooms and enhancements for our school buildings, but additionally organizes two events as a community for our staff. In September, the PTO hosts a Staff Breakfast to welcome our staff back to school. In the spring, we host a Staff Appreciation Luncheon to treat all staff members to home-cooked foods provided by our parents. Our Luncheon is scheduled for mid May 2019.
